Cultured Donuts is a self-conceptualised donut company who want to make sweet treats gut healthy. Cultured Donuts make sourdough donuts to target people who want the sweet treat without the punishment of feeling bad afterwards. They want to empower their customers while being honest talking about gut health and other medical issues. The brand's personality is vibrant, trendy and somewhat retro as they lean into the classic doughnut shop cliché.
For the logo I wanted to add some visual element linking back to fermentation as the donuts are sourdough. I kept it simple by adding a set of bubbles. 
Cultured Donuts is not shy so I wanted to add an iconic quote onto their cups while using trendy language.
Cultured Donuts use a bold typeface so I wanted to make it pop in most of the imagery. I think it was fitting that photos had a vintage look too to play homage to the brands retro side.
